The Corriere della Sera dedicated a large space to the new acquisition of Holding 18 Srl: The palace in via Arsenale 10, the Turin-based bank of Italy. The architectural refurbishment and transformation of part of the building will be assigned to G * AA Giaquinto architetti associati practice and start next year.
The project included a sauna, a fitness area and prestigious accommodation for professionals and entrepreneurs, without aiming for extreme luxury, to cover the needs of modern families.
The Holding 18, founded in 2009, has the purpose to develope prestigious real estate business and this transaction, with a deal worth about 14 million euros, is the largest up to now achieved.
