Projects coordinator – Senior Architect

Graduated in Architecture in 2006 at the Politecnico di Torino  with a thesis on the regeneration of the former industrial area Officine Grandi Motori. OAT member, from 2006 to 2009 he collaborated with the UdA studio in #Turin. From 2010 to 2011 he is partner with architect Emanuele Franco, of the IDEeA studio in Venaria. Since 2011 he has collaborating with the G *AA studio.

Graduated in 2003 at Politecnico with a thesis on the techniques of management of artificial lighting in museums.
OAT member, since 2006, she has been continuously collaborating with the G*AA study.

Mauro Camagna

Project manager – Senior Architect

Graduated at the Politecnico with a thesis on the renovation and analysis of a historical typology, “Le case listate”, and their development as a historical heritage. OAT member, he worked for the “Municipal office for Architectural heritage” .
For serveral years he has collaborated with the UdA studio, as executive architect and project manager for innovative and high quality architectural works, national and international. He’s is collaborating with the G * AA studio since 2018.

Matteo Brancali

Project manager – Architect

Graduated in architecture in 2011 at the Sapienza di Roma with a thesis on the renovation of former industrial area of calcium carbide in Papigno (Terni).
After different working experiences in Rome in 2013 he moved to London where he collaborated for 5 years with the studio Aukett Swanke specializing in executive design for luxury hotels.
Next to his architectural profession he carries on a passion for photography.
He’s collaborating with studio G * AA since May 2018.

Gianluca Discalzi

Project manager – Architect

Graduated in 2012 at Politecnico with a thesis on the renovation of an informal settlement in Instanbul, since 2012 in a OTA member.
After graduation he moved to Cairo where he collaborated with one of the most interesting architectural firm of the Middle East.
He worked abroad, Panama and Spain for several years. Since 2017 he has collaborating with the G *AA studio.

Salvatore Risafi

Project manager – Architect

Graduated in 2012 at the Politecnico with a thesis on urban regeneration  about the Ex-Scalo San Paolo area in Turin. In 2014 he attended the “Designing the Smart City” Master of science  at Università degli studi di Firenze, graduating the following year. Since 2013 is a OAT member, he has collaborated with several architectural practices in Turin and Milan, including Metrogramma and DeCarloGualla.  He collaborated with Studio G *AA since 2016.

Francesca Montaldo

Architect

Graduated in Fashion Design from the European Institute of Fashion Design Lab in Milan in 2004, and worked with Super Studio 13 in Milan and Crisfer Company of the Fisico brand.

Graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico of Torino in 2011 with a thesis on the re-functionalisation of the Moncalieri factory.

Collaborated from 2013 to 2018 with the F & F Design Studio of Fulvio Fantolino in Turin.
Has been working concurrently as an interior design consultant for private individuals.
Collaborating with the G*AA studio since June 2020.

Elita Notarangelo

Architect

After her high school degree, in July 2015 she graduated in sustinable Architecture at Politecnicoditorino with a thesis on scenography in collaboration with the “Teatro Nuovo”. She obtained professional qualification in January 2017, and after some experience in several firms she collaborates with G*AA practice.

Barbara Salomone

Senior Architect – Bim manager

Graduated in architecture, she is an ICMQ certified BIM Manager and the coordinator for the Focus BIM and new technologies at the OAT.
She has been a professor at IED Turin and a founding member of CASARTARC.
Currently involved in teaching, consultancy and design, works management and safety pursuant to the Legislative Decree 81/2008.
She has been involved in numerous projects, including the creation of AsBuilt for the new offices of La Stampa and Alpitur and providing consultancy for work coordination according to Legislative Decree 81/2008 between the main contractor and the eighty shops in the Torino Fashion Village in Settimo Torinese.
Currently working on private and industrial housing projects in addition to teaching.

Luca

Luca Costantino

Architect

He concluded his academic career in July 2018 with a thesis that focused on the redevelopment, through parametric techniques and LEED protocols of the unused areas of the Unicredit headquarters in Turin.
He started working on the Interior Design field, gaining experiences in some of the most acclaimed studios in #Turin.
Always interested in the world of #photography, he is a member of the Order of Architects and has been working with G*AA since November 2019.

Sarah Elena Pischedda

Architect

Graduated in Architecture Heritage Preservation and Enhancement at Politecnico di Torino in 2016 with a thesis on the reuse of an abandoned village in the north of Sardinia.
In 2018 she obtained the diploma at the Postgraduate School of “Beni Architettonici e del Paesaggio”.
Between 2016 and 2018 she publishes several papers, deepening the research around the themes of reuse of historical architecture and the relation between old and new in the restoration project.
After some collaborations in architecture firms in September 2019 she joins the G*AA team.

Chiara Vittone

Architect

Graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino in 2015 with a thesis research in Canada on the underground city of Montreal. Member of the Turin Order of Architects since 2016.
Worked in a leading architecture studio in Turin and obtained a master in Interior, Exhibit and Retail Design at the Politecnico di Torino, before moving to London to gain more than 4 years of experience as an Architect and Interior Designer. Whilst in London, specialised in projects for international clients, especially in the field of luxury residential. Part of the the G *AA team since December 2020.

Enrico Ciarambino

Interior designer

Graduated in Interior Design at IAAD in Turin in 2018 with a thesis on the requalification of a green space in the Aurora area of the city of Turin through sport and community social spaces. During his academic years, with his project team, he wins several competitions through one of which he collaborates with the company Emporium srl realizing Antlante, a table lamp.
From 2018 to 2020 he works with several architects and increases his knowledge of interior design and furniture at an interior design studio in Turin.
From May 2020 he collaborates with the studio G*AA.

Roberto Mitolo

Architect

After his high school graduation in arts, in 2011 he graduated at Politecnico with a thesis on the renovation of the former Planell Cristalleria into a social care center in Barcelona.
He had professional experience in several architectural firms in Turin and an abroad.
Since 2016 he collaborates with the G*aa practice.

Andrea Sanfilippo

Junior Architect

Graduated in Architecture Construction City at Politecnico di Torino in July 2019 with a thesis carried out at the University of Tokyo, on the urban regeneration of Tsukuda Island.
He obtained a Double Degree from Universidad de Belgrano, following a one-year academic stay in Buenos Aires.
He obtained his professional license in September 2020, following his experience at PICCO Architects.
He joined the team of G*AA since December 2020.

Elva Dede

Junior Architect

Graduated in Architecture for the Sustainable Project, her keen interest in climate change and her fascination with the natural world lead her to work on a thesis project that links the two topics and seeks solutions to the environmental challenges to which mankind is subjected, through the science of biomimicry. She began collaborating with the G*AA study in June 2019.

Lorenzo Fante

Junior Architect

Graduated in Architecture, Construction and Cities in September 2019 from Politecnico di Torino, with a thesis on the inclusion of green and blue water management infrastructure, in combination with new public spaces, in the Tsukuda district, Tokyo.
During her studies, she carried out thesis research at the University of Tokyo and spent a semester in Erasmus in Belgium at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, as well as various activities related to workshops and summer schools in Italy, Belgium and Japan.
After working at Deamicisarchitetti in Milan, he has been working with GAA since November 2020.

Diana Ferretti

Interior designer

Graduated in Interior Design from IAAD university of Turin in 2019 with a thesis on the design of learning environments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her interest in the social topic of architecture has allowed her to collaborate with associations active in the field and since December 2019 she collaborates with the G*AA studio.

Valentina Donà

Senior Architect

Graduated in Architecture in 2010 at the Politenico di Torino with a thesis in statics on the philological recovery of ships and a static study for a new sail rig. She attended a study semester in Belgium at “L’Istitut Superior des beux arts set d’architecture Saint Luc”, Liège.
She has been a member of the Order of Architects of Turin since 2012. After collaborating with architectural firms in Turin and in the Langhe area, she works as a freelancer following residential renovations of traditional buildings in the local area. She follows the opening of accommodation and catering activities.
Since September 2020 she has been collaborating with the GAA studio.

Benedetta Milanesi

Senior Architect

Graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino  in 2006 with a research thesis on Jean Nouvel entitled “An architect in permanent evolution: Jean Nouvel between the 1970s and today”.
Since 2008 she has been a member of the Order of Architects of Turin and in the same year began working with the G*AA studio.
She took part in the competition for the creation of an info point in Piazza Castello on the occasion of the World Conference of Architects held in Turin in 2008.
From 2017 to 2020 he collaborated with the landscape studio.
In 2020 she will resume her collaboration with the G*AA studio.

Ivano Pachetti

Senior Architect

Graduated in 1999 at the Politecnico di Torino with an experimental thesis on the recovery of building materials and components.
He completed several years of internship during the period of his studies. Since 2002 he has been a member of OAT and has immediately started working as a freelance, working with the same professional studios operating in the architectural, engineering and telecommunications fields.
His great creative passion combined with constant professional training has led him to explore alternative solutions through different artistic expressions, taking care of specific projects independently.
Since September 2020 he has been working with Studio GAA.

Chiara Cattaneo

Architect – Administration

Graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Turin, she is an OAT member.  She worked in  public building projects as a designer for building renovation and conservative restoration on the most important historical sites of the Italian Chambers of Commerce. She worked for few years in the executive design and construction supervision of large exhibitions, in Basel and Paris, and in 2015 in Expo Milano, for the construction of the China Vanke pavilion in Libeskind. In 2016-2017 she collaborates to the constructive design for the regeneration of the Officine Grandi Riparazioni of Turin and joins the G*AA studio team.

Laura Brea

Marketing

Graduated in Media Studies in 2016 at the Università di Torino with a thesis on social media.
During his university studies she worked at an advertising graphic studio. For three years she worked with Luxottica as assitant brand manager. From May 2017 she is a marketing and communication junior manager at G * AA practice.
Role model for the innovative marketing project in collaboration with Archikiller.
