Located in the historic Quadrilatero Romano, which has always been the heart of the Piedmontese capital, the historic building has unique features. The project developed by Studio G*AA respects the pre-existence of the building, without renouncing to reveal its contemporary features. 18 new apartments, carefully designed in detail, offer housing solutions suitable for every need. The centrepiece of the project is the new inner garden which, starting from the courtyard, develops vertically, giving a new look to the facades. Vertical green therefore as a strategy of recovery of the fronts of the inner courtyards, aimed at the creation of a sustainable residential building.
